Sending a message or visiting the website requires a connection. These public web pages are separate from the standalone Mac application's local workspace.

Reporting a problem

Mention “Acid Studio Lab — macOS”, the app version, your macOS version, whether the app came from the Mac App Store or a direct download, and the steps that reproduce the problem. Include the sketch name or export format when relevant. Do not send passwords or personal media unless necessary for your request. An email voluntarily sends your address, message and attachments through your mail provider.

Privacy and local data

Use the same contact for privacy questions or help locating the application's internal data for manual deletion. Quit the app and identify your distribution before removing internal files: Mac App Store and direct-download installations may use different containers. Local data cannot be erased remotely by Support. The privacy policy explains which Delete controls exist and why exported files and backups must be removed separately.
